SPAIN VISAS AND GENERAL RESIDENCY:

Based on the legislation governing the conditions for entry, stay, temporary residence, violations, and other rights and obligations of those considered foreigners—that is, nationals of third countries outside the European Union.

  • Temporary residence for foreign nationals who have voluntarily returned to their country: A residence permit or a residence and work permit, which foreign nationals who have returned to their country of origin voluntarily or through a voluntary return program may obtain once the term of their non-return agreement has expired.
  • Modification of authorizations.
  • Long-term residence permit: Allows the holder to reside in Spain indefinitely and to work under the same conditions as Spanish citizens.
  • Re-entry Permit: Allows the holder to leave Spain and return within a period not exceeding 90 days.
  • Procedures related to foreign minors and unaccompanied minors.
  • Renewal of authorizations.
  • Collective Management of Hiring from Countries of Origin: Collective management allows for the hiring of workers who are neither located in nor residing in Spain, selected in their countries of origin based on generic job postings submitted by employers.
