Based on the legal framework established by Royal Decree 1155/2024, dated November 19, which approves the new implementing regulations for Organic Law 4/2000, dated January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration, as it pertains to third-country nationals who are family members of Spanish citizens.
